Typically, once you have given us the "good to go", most residential projects are completed in seven business days from start to finish.

In short, it depends. Slabs of stone only come in specific lengths, typically between 120-130". If an area of your project exceeds that amount, you will need a seam. However, we have advanced software and highly trained install technicians that can mitigate the appearance of seams as much as humanly possible.

For natural stone, 10-12" overhangs should not be exceeded without support or the structural integrity of the stone may be compromised. For engineered stone 12-15" should not be exceeded depending on the type and thickness of the material.

Yes! Our install technicians will happily install supports for you!

2CM is 3/4". 3CM material is 1 1/4".

Most engineered stone such as quartz can handle heat to a certain extent, but you would not want to place a hot pan or curling iron on it without some protection. Most natural stone can withstand a great deal of heat if installed correctly and given an opportunity to expand and contract. This is especially important when installing material in locations that will be exposed to extreme temperature fluctuations such as fireplaces, outdoor seating areas with fire tables, commercial kitchens, etc.

Using warm soapy water with a non-abrasive applicator works best.

We have one of the best square foot programs in the industry. Meaning, you only pay for the exact amount of material you use for your project. No more buying entire slabs of stone for one small project, then scrambling, trying to figure out what to do with the remnant of that slab. Speaking of remnants, did you know we have hundreds to choose from? A remnant is an unused portion of a slab from a previous project. Most are smaller in size and work great for a master bathroom or bar top. They are highly discounted and can save you some serious money on your project.
